Grupo Maximo Grado

Grupo Maximo Grado are a regional Mexican group from Culiacan in Sinaloa. Since 2012 they've played infectiously danceable corridos with a few rancheras added for balance. Their style is characterized by syncopated percussion, tight arpeggiatic accordion, and sung call-and-response and harmony dialogue between the group's voices. Beginning with Yo Soy Ivan and Marca Acme in 2015, their discography includes more than two dozen live and studio albums. In 2025, the group celebrated their 13th anniversary with Somos Leyenda; it offered re-recordings of their hits in duet with artists including Natanael Cano, Alfredo Olivas, Belinda, Luis R Conriquez, and Carín León.
